These days, there is a wealth of information available online, from a vast variety of sources, including Companies House, HMRC, Business Link, Chamber of Commerce etc.

The problem with this is that the information is scattered over a wide variety of locations, and, often, even when you find the right site, it can be difficult, at best, to find the forms or information you are looking for.

To get around this, we have compiled a number of pages containing all of the information, documents etc, in downloadable form, so that everything is now available, possibly for the first time, in one, convenient location.

For your convenience, we have divided the downloads into four pages, by category, one each for Tax, VAT, Companies House and Other.

Each form has a brief description, outlining when and how to use it. These pages will be of particular use if you know what you are looking for, and simply wish to download it.

Many visitors, however, will be looking at starting a business from scratch, or at expanding their existing business into new areas. For their benefit, we have produced a number of downloadable guides, explaining, step by step, what forms and procedures should be used in any given situation.

Once again, this page gives everything we could think of, this time for VAT, including Registration / De-Registration & a variety of Guidance Notes.

Recently updated for the Companies Act 2006 (with effect from October 2009) this page has all of the commonly used forms, both current and, for now, prior to CA 2006.
